Paragraph
Paragraphs just have a blank line between them. If you don't have a blank line the will just keep going

Newline
You can also force a newline with \\

Wrap
To add stuff in lists use wrap and put open tag on same line. Ex:
- Item 1 - Item 2 - Item 3 <WRAP> ^ Header 1 ^ Header 2 ^ | item 1 | item 2 | | item 3 | item 4 | </WRAP> - Item 4
- Item 1
- Item 2
- Item 3
Header 1 Header 2 item 1 item 2 item 3 item 4 - Item 4
